Very tasty! Good portions! Good amount amount of sliced beef with add-on. Snakehead Fish is a nice upgrade. So impressed during my first experience, I visited three days in a row to try other soup flavors! My favorite is the Green Pepper Sauerkraut Fish. Tomato soup flavor is just okay. Definitely recommend!

The majority of Michelin stars and recognitions around the world are given to French and Asian chefs/restaurants. This place deserves a L'assiette from Michelin. The flavors are multi-layered and addictive. I love authentic Asian cuisine like this! Maybe it's the MSG? Some reviewers have commented about this taste...

Overally rating: 3.8! It was a rainy day and warm soup just sounded divine. While the food was tasty, I didn't think it was anything special. Other sauerkraut places I've been to will include complimentary side dishes to add in, which I think I prefer. I also wished the broth was more sour, but I've also felt the same way about other sauerkraut fish places. Pretty decent for what it is, but not my favorite. Service was super quick and owner was very friendly!

I feel as though this is a hidden gem in the Bellevue area. Right next to ten second noodles, this place has a welcoming casual ambience. The quantity of food in each bowl was good even for the small size, and the flavor for the green pepper / signature was delicious. The wait times were not long as well, so we got in and got out pretty fast. Service was good as well as they were accommodating. Plenty of parking and it was not too busy as well. I would highly recommend this place to try for a casual dinner / lunch.

I love coming here. It's super conveniently close to where I live, the food is reasonably fast at coming out, and there are enough options for lots of people! I've come back several times and tried several of the broths and liked all of them. My personal favorite is the green peppercorn one because I love the numbing spice more than the spicy spice, but one of my friends really liked the tofu mushroom one. My single serving always seemed enough for nearly two meals, which makes it also a not-too-expensive dish. There is an MSG-y aftertaste that I've noticed a couple times after I've eaten here, but overall I really enjoy it.

We were on the lookout for a new soup place given we visit our fave soup place multiple times in a month. And we have been passing this place on our way often. The place is neat and the service prompt and courteous. We went at 4pm and were seated promptly. We ordered their signature sauerkraut crispy carp fish soup, dry pot cauliflower and five spice cold tofu. I also ordered ramen on the side for the kiddos. The taste was authentic and decent. And my bar for Asian food is pretty high. It felt more homestyle and what we were looking for. We ordered a small soup pot and portion size was great. I look forward to try out all the flavors and fish combos. There was nothing we disliked here. Everyone in the family had something to like and considering the opinionated foodies we are that is no small feat. There were minor suggestions I would make like use cubed pork in dry pot to add a spongy texture to dry pot. May be add some stir fry veggies in appetizer menu. Hope they consistently keep this standard of food and service.

Very yummy sauerkraut fish! I've been here a couple times and am always satisfied with the quality of the fish, broth, and toppings. There's usually no wait, or a short wait if any. We usually order the signature sauerkraut fish with basa filet, and add beef slices, sweet potato noodle, enoki mushroom, and cabbage. This time, we also ordered the fried dough sticks. I wasn't a big fan since they were a bit too tough for my liking, but they're good if you dip them in the soup :) The ordering system is super convenient -- you just scan the QR code on the table and submit your order. It takes a little while to come out, but I promise it's good! You do have to ask for the check to pay though.

I was craving something spicy for tonight's dinner, and we came across Nai Brother Chinese Sauerkraut Fish in our search. Intrigued by the delicious pictures, we hopped in our car to give it a try. We arrived around 8:30pm on a Saturday, and it wasn't too busy luckily. We got seated right away and placed our order. I got the small Signature Sauerkraut Basa Fish for ~$18, which came with a bowl of rice. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size when the food came out. The sauerkraut fish bowl was as big as my face! There was a good amount of fish to soup and vegetable ratio. The broth had a kick of flavor, and I liked how you could make each bite spicier by adding a pepper from the soup to your bite. The rice was fluffy, and I appreciated the fact that it was complimentary Overall, I was very impressed by the food - my stomach is happily full! I will definitely come back soon.
